Most software ROI calculators are built to flatter the software. This one is built the way you would build it: salary cost, not charge-out rates; your numbers, not ours; and a standing instruction to halve our saving before you believe it. If the case works on those terms, it works.
Use your real number, measured wall to wall: prep, review, the chasing and the rework. Ten is a very efficient firm; most, measured honestly, are 15, 20, 30 or more.
The job takes about an hour in AllDone, review included. But push it to three, which already assumes you check everything twice and more. If you push it higher, be consistent and revisit your hours today: a firm that would take six hours in AllDone is not doing ten-hour jobs now.
Fully loaded senior cost. Salary, not charge-out. If the owner does the work, use what your hour is honestly worth.
This is not a quote. It is an indicative figure for your volume, filled in automatically: from around £200 per job for 50 files on a one-year term down to around £100 for 1,000 files over three years. Your actual price depends on term, volume and number of users; book a call to go through yours, or type your own figure to override.
And this calculator deliberately understates the case, twice over. Salary cost per hour understates what an hour truly costs your firm: nobody is 100% productive, and the time recorded on jobs is nearly always less than the time they took. And some of the value cannot be priced at all: the structural benefits, the better client care, and the capacity freed up to truly deliver added-value services. Nor the jobs where you override all or any of our systems and complete a set of accounts in the time it takes to upload the data.
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
The hours are the point. The cash saving pays for the decision, but the hours are what change the firm: better review, better client conversations, and the advisory work that compliance has been crowding out. What you do with the hours is a bigger question than the price of the software, and it is the question worth taking to your partners.
We will run the engine on one of your real files, then put your actual numbers through this page together.
