AllDone launched on 7 September 2026 to accountants, and only to accountants. The firms that come in first are the ones who decide what accounts production looks like next, and we treat them that way. Founding Firm status is offered to the first 12 firms to onboard.
Named as such for as long as you're a customer. A Founding Firm plaque for the office, some AllDone t-shirts, and a public "AllDone Founding Firm 2026" badge for your website and LinkedIn, which you use or don't, entirely at your discretion.
The price you join at is the price you pay until September 2029, whatever happens to the standard price in between. From year four you roll to the then-standard price with a permanent 20% Founding Firm discount.
Corporation tax filing when it arrives, larger companies, every new capability on the roadmap. Founding Firms get it first, at the founding price, and pay nothing more for it during the fixed-price period.
The front of every queue. A named contact who knows your firm, first-in-line support for your team and for the firms you refer, and a direct route to the people who built the engine when something needs an answer today.
A seat on the Founding Firms Council: a quarterly call with Aynsley and Steve where the roadmap is decided, not announced.
The firms you introduce jump the onboarding queue, and each one that joins earns you credits to spend in our shop. To keep our marketing low-key, we ask every Founding Firm for two introductions to firms they rate, outside their own patch. We are not asking you to arm your competitors.
Founding Firms only: dinners, lunches and roundtables with the other firms who moved first, in person and online. The people in that room will be the ones who set the pace for the profession, and they'll be comparing notes.
If you want your results told, we tell them, with your name on them: a case study, a slot at a web event, a post from us about what your firm did with the time. Opt-in only. Some firms will want their local market to know; some won't, and both are fine.
